ORDINANCE NO. 94-4-s/y3
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN
ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
AND JOHN N. WILLIAMS AND WIFE, BOBBI J. WILLIAMS FOR AN
ENCROACHMENT UPON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, John N. Williams and wife, Bobbi J. Williams
are the owners of a commercial structure located at 2714 Park
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, John N. Williams and wife, Bobbi J.
Williams' commercial structure is encroaching upon a portion of
city right-of-way known as Ross Avenue; and
WHEREAS, John N. Williams and wife, Bobbi J.
Williams' are requesting permission from the City of Paducah
to encroach on the aforesaid right-of-way and that said
encroachment remain on a permanent and perpetual easement in
order to encourage economic development of the main corridors
of the City.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter
into an Encroachment Agreement with John N. Williams and wife,
Bobbi J. Williams for a commercial structure located at 2714
Park Avenue, which will encroach upon and utilize a portion of
Ross Avenue.
,.� SECTION 2. Said Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
