AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-52, ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGE ADMINISTRATOR, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-52, Alcoholic Beverage
P Administrator, of the Code of Ordinances be amended and
reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall
hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 2-52. Alcoholic Beverage Administrator.
(a) The person appointed as the city alcoholic
beverage administrator for the City of Paducah shall be paid at
the following listed rates upon satisfactory completion of
consecutive years of service, in this position, and upon
recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. This salary will be retroactive to
December 27, 1993.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
