AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE NEW
MODEL G3WD GRADALL EXCAVATOR WITH DITCHING BUCKET FROM
CARLISLE EQUIPMENT COMPANY, INC. IN THE AMVUIVT ur-
$143,259.00, FOR USE BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, STREET
DIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT
FOR SAME
WHEREAS, this equipment is available under State
Contract No. 41093, and competitive bidding is not required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah is authorized to
purchase one new Model G3WD Gradall Excavator with ditching
bucket from Carlisle Equipment Company, Inc. in the amount
of $143,259.00, for use by the Public Works Department,
Street Division.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with Carlisle Equipment Company, Inc. for the
purchase of one new excavator, authorized in Section 1
above, according to the specifications and all contract
documents heretofore approved.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 01-22-02-434.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Ch
