AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-58, CIVIL SERVICE, POLICE
DEPARTMENT
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-58, Police
Department of the Code of
Ordinances
of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
Sec. 10-58. Police Department.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions
in the Police
Department, and the salary of each
position that shall be paid
upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service, in this posi-
tion, and
upon recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. This ordinance is retroactive to May 1, 1994.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
