AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH H.T.E., INC. TO PROVIDE INTEGRATED COMPUTER
SYSTEMS SOFTWARE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CITY
OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the proposal
of H.T.E., Inc. to provide integrated computer systems software
and project management services for the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an Agreement with H.T.E., Inc. for integrated computer systems
software and project management services in an amount not to
exceed $450,000.00.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 40-01-03-422.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
