ORDINANCE NO. 94-8,5—/%7%'
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-65, CIVIL SERVICE,
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That Section 10-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 10-65. Emergency Communications Department.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions
in the Emergency Communications Department of the city of Paducah, and the
salary of each position that shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of
consecutive years of service, in this position, and upon recommendation of the
City Manager:

"`Those dispatchers designated as shift supervisors shall be paid an additional
$0.25 per hour during such times as they actually serve in such capacity.
SECTION 2. This ordinance will be retroactive to June 27, 1994.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
