ORDINANCE NO. 94-8- '5/ 76
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE CONTRIBUTION OF $100,000
TO GPEDC FOR THE LIMITED PURPOSE OF PROMOTING THE U-AVLIS
RECRUITMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized
and directed to contribute the sum of $100,000.00 to GPEDC for
the limited purpose of promoting the U-AVLIS Recruitment.
SECTION 2. Payment of these funds shall be from the
designated account 01-01-06-820.
SECTION 3. GPEDC's acceptance of these funds shall
be conditioned upon its agreement to the making of a report to
the Board of Commissioners regarding accountability and
expenditure of funds which shall be presented to the City no
later than February 28, 1995.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
