AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE
PARAGON MODULAR MAILING SYSTEM FROM PITNEY BOWES IN THE
AMOUNT OF $15,190 FOR USE IN GENERAL GOVERNMENT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS, this equipment is available under State
Contract No. BP002489, and competitive bidding is not
required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorized
to purchase one Paragon Modular Mailing System from Pitney
Bowes in the amount of $15,190, for use by General
Government, and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a
contract for purchase of same.
SECTION 2. This purchase shall be charged to
Account No. 01-01-07-410.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become summary publication pursuant
to KRS Chapter 424.
