AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
AGREEMENT WITH THE KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION FOR THE
ADMINISTRATION OF HOUSING ASSISTANCE IN COORDINATION WITH THE
HOPE FOR ELDERLY INDEPENDENCE PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Independent Contractor Agreement
with the Kentucky Housing Corporation relative to the provision
of Housing Assistance in Paducah/McCracken County in coordina-
tion with the HOPE for Elderly Independent Program, is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2.
That the Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid Agreement and all
documents relating to same. Said Agreement is attached hereto
and incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
