AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTIONS (h)
OF SECTION
2-47, NONCIVIL SERVICE GENERALLY,
OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That sub -section
(h) of Section 2-47, Noncivil Service
Employees, Generally, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, are hereby amended to read as
follows:
(h) There is hereby created
and authorized the
following positions in
the Department of Parks and Leisure Services, the monthly
or hourly rate of
compensation of the following noncivil
service employees
of the City of Paducah
Shall be the amount set opposite the designation of such
employment, upon satis-
factory completion of consecutive years
of service in this
position, and upon
recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. The position of Secretary shall be retroactive to June 27,
1994.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to RRS Chapter 424.
