AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE DEDICATION OF PUBLIC
RIGHTS OF WAY AND PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR THE COLEMAN ROAD
RELOCATION PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby
authorize the dedication of public rights of way and permanent
utility easements for the Coleman Road Relocation Project, more
particularly described as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1 - PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT
PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT - Beginning at an iron pin
found at the intersection of the existing right of way
line of U.S. Highway 60 and the existing right of way
line of Coleman Road, said point being located 99.06 feet
left of Relocated Coleman Road station 11+08.89, thence,
with the existing right of way line of Coleman Road,
