ORDINANCE NO. 94 -10 -
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 33-67 OF CHAPTER 33,
SEWERS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Section 33-67, Rates Established for
Premises Inside City Limits, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"Rates and charges for use of the service and
facilities of the municipal sewer system for
premises inside the corporate limits of the City
as such limits presently exist and as the same
may be extended from time to time in the future,
shall be at the rate of $1100 $2.50 per 1,000
gallons of water used, provided the minimum
sewer bill shall be $7120$12.50 per month for
the first 5,000 gallons or less of water
consumption."
SECTION 2. These rates shall become effective
December 1, 1994.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication in
full.
