ORDINANCE NO. 95-1-5245
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF QUALITY
ELECTRIC SERVICE, INC., OF PADUCAH IN THE AMOUNT OF $26,820 FOR
THREE VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVES AND RELATED APPURTENANCES FOR
THE TERRELL STREET LIFT STATION AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of
Quality Electric Service, Inc., of Paducah in the amount of
$26,820 for three variable frequency drives and related
appurtenances for the Terrell Street Lift Station, said bid
being in substantial compliance with bid specifications, and as
contained in the bid of Quality Electric Service, Inc., of
Paducah of December 29, 1994.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Quality Electric Service, Inc., of Paducah for
three variable frequency drives and related appurtenances for
the Terrell Street Lift Station, authorized in Section 1 above,
according to the bid specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the
bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 055-3310-532-4245.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
