AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-11(c) OF ARTICLE I,
CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 2-11(c), "Absences from board,
( commission, authority or committee meetings; conflicts of
interest in employment and business matters", of Article I,
Chapter 2, Administration, of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paducah is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(c) No city board, commission, authority or
committee shall appoint or employ in any capacity any person
related to any member of the city board, commission, authority
or committee as father, mother, brother, sister, husband, wife,
son, daughter, son-in-law,
daughter-in-law, WfUOV00441A father-in-law, mother-in-law,
sten-child, grandparent or grandchild."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Ch
