ORDINANCE NO. 95-4-5270
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10-55,
AND 10-63, CIVIL SERVICE, OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION
1. That Section 10-55 of the
Code of Ordinances of
the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"Sec. 10-55. Department Environmental
and Engineering Services.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created
the following positions
in the Department
of Environmental and Engineering
Services, and the
salary of
each position that shall be paid upon satisfactory
completion of consecutive
years of service,
in this position, and upon recommendation
of the City Manag-
er:

SECTION 2. That Section 10-63, Fire Department is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Sec. 10-63. Fire Department.

upon recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 3. The Engineering Technician II position shall be
retroactive to January 1, 1995.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
