AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE 1995
FORD MODEL F800 WITH KING COBRA TRASH LOADER IN THE AMOUNT OF
$82,013 FROM STRINGFELLOW, INC., FOR USE BY THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT/SOLID WASTE DIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
!!, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah authorizes the
purchase of one 1995 Ford model F800 with King Cobra Trash
Loader in the amount of $82,013 from Stringfellow, Inc., for
use by the Public Works Department/Solid Waste Division, said
bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications,
advertisement for bids, and as contained in the bid of String-
fellow, Inc., dated March 3, 1995.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Stringfellow, Inc., for the purchase of one
1995 Ford model F800 with King Cobra Trash Loader, according to
the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 50-2212-531-4007.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
