AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $18,200.00 WITH FARRIS,
HATCHER, TREMPER AND ASSOCIATES, INC., OF PADUCAH FOR
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES, PLUS $35.00 PER HOUR FOR
INSPECTION SERVICES, FOR THE HILL TERRACE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City has a need for planning and
engineering services necessary for the Hill Terrace Roadway
Improvements; and
WHEREAS, Farris, Hatcher, Tremper and Associates,
Inc., of Paducah has in its employ persons experienced in this
area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with Farris, Hatcher, Tremper
and Associates, Inc. for professional engineering services for
the Hill Terrace Roadway Improvements. There will be an
additional charge of $35.00 per hour for inspection services,
to be paid upon approval by the City.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 040-3315-532-2307.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
