AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER
SOFTWARE FOR THE AS 400 COMPUTER SYSTEM IN THE AMOUNT OF
$22,050 FROM THE IBM CORPORATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with IBM Corporation in the amount of
$22,050 for the purchase of computer software for the AS 400
Computer System.
SECTION 2. This purchase shall be charged to
Account No. 040-0112-511-42-11.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
