ORDINANCE NO. 95-2-.67�
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF MURTCO MECHANICAL,
INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $44,224.00 FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE
MARTIN CIRCLE LIFT STATION AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of
Murtco Mechanical, Inc., in the amount of $44,224.00 for the
replacement of the Martin Circle lift station, said bid being
in substantial compliance with bid specifications, and as
contained in the bid of Murtco Mechanical, Inc., of December
29, 1994.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Murtco Mechanical, Inc., for the replacement of
the Martin Circle lift station, authorized in Section 1 above,
according to the bid specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 055-3310-532-4245.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
