ORDINANCE NO. 95-2-1250
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF WESTERN KENTUCKY
SPRINKLER COMPANY INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $17,850 FOR
INSTALLATION OF A SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND TOILET MODIFICATION IN
THE PARKS CENTER BUILDING, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid
of Western Kentucky Sprinkler Company Inc. in the amount of
$17,850 for installation of a 100% sprinkler system and toiler
modification for the shop maintenance areas in the Parks Center
Building, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid
specifications and advertisement for bids, and as contained in
the bids of Western Kentucky Sprinkler Company Inc. of February
2, 1995.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Western Kentucky Sprinkler Company Inc. for
sprinkler system and toilet modification as set out in Section
1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the
bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 040-88-21-536-4231.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
