AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PAY
THE SUM OF $49,607.60 TO PADUCAH POWER SYSTEM FOR RELOCATION OF
POWER DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES FOR THE KENTUCKY AVENUE
RELOCATION PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
q SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized
to pay the sum of $49,607.60 to Paducah Power System for the
relocation of power distribution facilities for the Kentucky
Avenue Relocation Project. Pursuant to an agreement entered
into between between the City of Paducah and Western Baptist
Hospital, the City will be reimbursed for this expenditure by
Western Baptist Hospital.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account Number 040-3314-532-42-27.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
