ORDINANCE NO. 95-5-5c?96
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF LANDCOR/RICHMOND
PARTNERS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000 FOR THE
PURCHASE OF REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH
DESCRIBED AS LOT 60, BELLVIEW SUBDIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A DEED FOR SALE OF SAID PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City does not have any use at this time
or in the future for said property, which constitutes surplus
real estate.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the sale of real property described
Lot 60, Bellview Subdivision, is hereby approved for the sum of
$10,000.
SECTION 2. The Corporation Counsel is hereby
authorized to prepare a Warranty Deed for the above-described
real property, and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed
to execute said deed and any other documents necessary for the
sale of this property.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
