AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING COMPLETION OF THE PURCHASE
OF ONE ONE-HALF TON FORD PICKUP TRUCK FROM MAN O'WAR AUTOMOTIVE
INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,613, FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF
ENVIRONMENTAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES/WASTEWATER COLLECTION
DIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR

WHEREAS, this equipment is available under State
Contract No. BP005813, and competitive bidding is not required.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorized to
complete the purchase of one one-half ton Ford pickup truck in
the amount of $12,513 from Man O'War Automotive Inc., for use
by the Department of Environmental and Engineering
Services/Wastewater Collection Division.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with Man O'War Automotive Inc. for completion of the
purchase of a pickup truck, authorized in Section 1 above,
according to the specifications and all contract documents
heretofore approved.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 055-302-532-4005.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
