AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A PERMANENT UTILITY EASEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH AND WESTERN KENTUCKY GAS COMPANY, TO PROVIDE NATURAL
GAS SERVICE TO THE FIRE TRAINING FACILITY ON NORTH 6TH STREET
WHEREAS, Western Kentucky Gas Company is proposing to
install a gas line extension to serve the City's Fire Training
Facility. This extension will be from the pump plan and lift
station on Northview Street along City property approximately
400 feet to the Fire Training Facility on North 6th Street.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorizea ana
directed to execute a Permanent Utility Easement between the
City of Paducah and Western Kentucky Gas Company. Said
easement will enable Western Kentucky Gas Company to provide
natural gas to the City's Fire Training Facility on North 6th
Street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
