AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF FRANKLIN MOSKO
CONSULTANTS FOR APPLICATION ASSISTANCE FOR A COMMUNITY DEVELOP-
MENT BLOCK GRANT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CON-
TRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City accepts the proposal of
Franklin Mosko Consultants for application assistance for a
Community Development Block Grant. Costs for these services
shall be as follows:
Application Fee $7,500
Environmental Review Record 2,500
Urban Renewal Plan 7,500
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be paid from grant
proceeds, if funded.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publication
pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
