ORDINANCE NO. 95-8-�3 8
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF STRINGFELLOW INC.
IN THE AMOUNT OF $35,650 FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF A ONE -TON
UTILITY TRUCK FOR THE WASTEWATER/STORMWATER COLLECTION
DI ISION
OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND ENGINEERING
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accepts the bid
of Stringfellow Inc. in the amount of $35,650 for sale to the
city of a one -ton utility truck for the Wastewater/Stormwater
Collection Division of the Department of Environmental and
Engineering Services, said bid being in substantial compliance
with the bid specifications, and as contained in the bid of
Stringfellow Inc. of June 27, 1995.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a contract with Stringfellow Inc. for the purchase of a
utility truck according to the specifications, bid proposal and
all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in
the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 055-3302-532-4007.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
01 separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
