AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $17,905 WITH
APEX ENGINEERING INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
THE DESIGN OF FLOOD CONTROL PUMP STATION NO. 2
WHEREAS, the City has a need for engineering services
necessary for the design of Flood Control Pump Station No. 2;
and
WHEREAS, Apex Engineering Inc. has in its employ
persons experienced in this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with Apex Engineering Inc. in
an amount not to exceed $17,905 for professional engineering
services for the design of Flood Control Pump Station No. 2.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 055-3310-532-4245.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Che
