ORDINANCE NO. 95-7-
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $87,648 WITH
FLORENCE AND HUTCHESON INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR THE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT WITHIN THE
CORNELL SUBDIVISION, AND FOR THE MORGAN SCHOOL, CROSS CREEK AND
LITTLEVILLE AREAS
WHEREAS, the City has a need for engineering services
necessary for the drainage improvement project within the
Cornell Subdivision, and for the Morgan School, Cross Creek and
Littleville areas; and
WHEREAS, Florence and Hutcheson Inc. has in its
employ persons experienced in this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with Florence and Hutcheson
Inc. in an amount not to exceed $87,648 for professional
engineering services for the drainage improvement project
within the Cornell Subdivision, and for the Morgan School,
Cross Creek and Littleville areas.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No.
040-3305-532-2307. /
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
