AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10-62 AND 10-63, CIVIL SERVICE, OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-62, Civil Service of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 10-62. Planning & Building Department.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions in the
Planning and Building Department of the City of Paducah, and the salary of each position that
shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service, in this positions, and
upon recommendation of the City Manager:
