ORDINANCE NO. 95-8-
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF SIXTEEN
1995 FORD CROWN VICTORIA AUTOMOBILES FROM PADUCAH FORD INC. IN
THE AMOUNT OF $274,688 FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah is authorized to
purchase sixteen 1995 Ford Crown Victoria automobiles in the
amount of $274,688 from Paducah Ford Inc., for use by the
Police Department.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with Paducah Ford Inc. for the purchase of sixteen
vehicles, authorized in Section 1 above, according to the
specifications and all contract documents heretofore approved.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 070-2215-541-4005.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chapter 4?4.
