AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH LADD ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR
PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATING TO SYSTEM COMMUNI-
CATIONS FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, the City has a need for professional engi-
neering services relating to systems communications; and
WHEREAS, Ladd Engineering Associates, Inc. has in its
employ persons experienced in this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with Ladd Engineering Asso-
ciates, Inc. professional engineering services relating to
systems communications. A schedule of fees for these services
is set forth in Appendix "A" of the Engineering Service Con-
tract.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be retroactive to
August 18, 1995.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and published by summary pursuant
