AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF QUALITY ELECTRIC FOR A
VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVE AND RELATED EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$14,336.75, FOR USE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL AND
ENGINEERING SERVICES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
0111 CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepting the bid of Quality Electric for a
variable frequency drive and related equipment in the amount of $14,336.75 for use by the
Department of Environmental and Engineering Services, said bid being in substantial compliance
with the bid specifications, advertisement for bids, and as contained in the bid of Quality Electric.,
dated June 27, 1995.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Quality
Electric for the purchase of a variable frequency drive and related equipment, according to the
specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved.

SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to account no. 055-3310-532-
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
