AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE REVISED CITY OF
PADUCAH HOME RESIDENTIAL ANTIDISPLACEMENT AND RELOCATION
ASSISTANCE PLAN AND THE REVISED HOME REHABILITATION PLAN, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
WHEREAS, the Residential Antidisplacement and Relocation Assistance Plan and
the HOME Rehabilitation Plan are plans for the administration of the HOME Program; and
WHEREAS, both documents have been revised based on recommendations from
the Kentucky Housing Corporation; and
WHEREAS, both documents have been reviewed by the Urban Renewal &
Community Development Agency and recommended for adoption.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah hereby
approves and adopts the July 25, 1995, Revised Residential Antidisplacement and Relocation
Assistance Plan and the July 25, 1995, Revised HOME Rehabilitation Plan.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the above -referenced
plans.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon publication of title or a certified summary thereof.
