HomeMy WebLinkAbout95-8-5346307 ORDINANCE NO. 95-8- 0" AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-4 OF CHAPTER 19, MISCELLANEOUS OFFENSES AND PROVISIONS, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 19-4, "Advertisements on utility poles or trees on or along streets, sidewalks, etc.", of Chapter 19, Miscellaneous Offenses and Provisions, is hereby amended to read as follows: "(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to tack, place or post any signs, cards, placards or advertisements of any character on any utility pole or tree in the public right-of-way, on or along any of the sidewalks, streets, alleys or public grounds in the city. The city may place traffic control signs on utility poles after obtaining a permit from the owner of the utility pole. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication in full.
