AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-55, CIVIL SERVICE, OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-55, Civil Service of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 10-55. Department Environmental and Engineering Services.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions in the
Department of Environmental and Engineering Services, and the salary of each position that shall
be paid upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service, in this position, and upon
recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be retroactive to September 25, 1994.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and shall become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
