AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $37,700.00 WITH
FLORENCE & HUTCHESON, INC., FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE EAST MALL ACCESS ROAD
WHEREAS, the City agreed by Ordinance No. 95-10-5391, to develop and
construct the East Mall Access Road; and
WHEREAS, the City has a need for engineering services necessary for the design
and construction of the East Mall Access Road; and
WHEREAS, Florence & Hutcheson, Inc., has in its employ persons experienced in
this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement with Florence & Hutcheson, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $37,700.00 for
professional engineering services for the design and construction of the East Mall Access Road.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
040- 3315-r3i,2- 230?.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
