HomeMy WebLinkAbout95-12-5419ORDINANCE NO. 95-12-67�51 % 9 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED ZONE CHANGE AND PRELMNARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR McCRACKEN COUNTY LOCATED AT COUNTY PARK ROAD, FROM R-3, MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That a resolution passed by the Paducah Planning Commission on September 18, 1995, and entitled, "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED ZONE CHANGE AND PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR McCRACKEN COUNTY LOCATED AT COUNTY PARK ROAD," be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification and the map amendment proposed in said resolution be, and the same are hereby, declared to be in agreement with the comprehensive plan of the City of Paducah. SECTION 3. That the zone classification of property located on the east side of i County Park Road be, and it is hereby, changed from R-3, Medium Density Residential Zone to M-1, Light Industrial Zone, and being more particularly described as follows: Being a point located 456.04' east of Coleman Road. Said point located on south side of County Park Road right of way; thence south 16°00'00" west, a distance of 783.63'; thence south 34°09'10" east, a distance of 483.88; thence south 74°39'24" east, a distance of 2615.83% thence north 43°37'37" east; a distance of 1391.06'; thence north 44°38'10" west; a chord length of 383.42' and having a radius of 745.43'; thence north 74°2630" west, a distance of 2421.10'; thence north 55°01'48" west, a distance of 125.71; thence north 71°59'03" west, a distance of 93.15% thence south 76°05'45" west, a distance of 767.00' to the point of beginning. The described tract has 105.577 acres. SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and m provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions. 1 SECTION 5.
