AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-470), NONCIVIL SERVICE
GENERALLY, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
1 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-470), Noncivil Service Generally, of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"0) There is hereby created and authorized the following positions in the
Department of Police Department. The monthly or hourly rate of compensation of the following
non civil service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the
designation of such employment, upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service in
this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
