ORDINANCE NO. 95-11- ~ ~~7
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF WRIGHT
BUSINESSES INC. IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $66,451.80 TO CABLE
CITY HALL, FIRE STATION N0. 1 AND THE PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
(~ j SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the proposa
of Wright Businesses Inc. in an amount not to exceed $66,451.80
to cable City Hall, Fire Station No,. 1 and the Public Works
Building, said quotation being in substantial compliance with
the bid specifications, and as contained in the bid of
Wright Businesses Inc. of November 3, 1995.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with Wright Businesses Inc. as contained in Section
1 above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all
contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the
bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 040-8827-536-2307.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
