AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF MURTCO MECHANICAL
CONTRACTORS INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $130,947 FOR THE GUYLINE
DRIVE SEWER EXTENSION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid
of Murtco Mechanical Contractors Inc. in the amount of $130,947
for the Guyline Drive Sewer Extension, said bid being in
substantial compliance with the bid specifications, and as
contained in the bid of Murtco Mechanical Contractors Inc.
dated October 24, 1995.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a
contract with Murtco Mechanical Contractors Inc. for the
Guyline Drive Sewer Extension, authorized in Section 1 above,
according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract
documents heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 055-3310-532-4245.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
