ORDINANCE N0. 95-11-~~0 ~
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,422 WITH CIVIL DESIGN
GROUP INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR STUART
NELSON PARK ROAD IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City has a need for engineering services
i necessary for Stuart Nelson Park road improvements; and
WHEREAS, Civil Design Group Inc. has in its employ
persons experienced in this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with Civil Design Group Inc.
in the amount of $23,422 for professional engineering services
for Stuart Nelson Park road improvements.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 040-3315-532-2307.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
