AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE KENTUCKY HOUSING CORPORATION (KHC)
AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING TRUST FUND
GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $40,000
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a Grant A reement between the Kentucky Housing Corporation

(KHC) and the City of Paducah for an Affordable Housing Trust
Fund Grant in the amount of $40,000, for the Emergency Repair
Program. This project requires no City funds.
SECTION 2. In order to comply with Kentucky Housing
Corporation regulations to have this Agreement executed by
November 3, 1995, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance shall become effective immediately with one
reading.
