ORDINANCE NO. 95-10- ~ 3 ~ ~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47, NONCIVII, SERVICE
GENERALLY OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That sub-sections (b), Department of Environmental and
Engineering Services and (f) Department of Human Resources of Section 2-47, Noncivil Service
Employees, Generally, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(b) There is hereby created and authorized the following positions in the
Department of Environmental and Engineering Services. The monthly or hourly rate of
compensation of the following non civil service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the
amount set opposite the designation of such employment, upon satisfactory completion of
consecutive years of service in this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager:
