AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND APPROVING A LEASE
AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE ELECTRIC PLANT BOARD OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, A/K/A PADUCAH POWER SYSTEM, AND THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1400 BROADWAY IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
I~',!'~' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah does hereby ratify and approve a Lease
Agreement by and between the Electric Plant Board of the City
of Paducah, A/K/A Paducah Power System, and the City of
Paducah, providing for the premises located at 1400 Broadway to
be used as a business transition center for a term of twenty
(20) years at a rental to the City of Paducah of One Dollar
($1.00) per year.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
