ORDINANCE NO. 95-10-~3 ~
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP BY AND BETWEEN
THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND ELECTRIC PLANT BOARD OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, D/B/A PADUCAH POWER SYSTEM, FOR TRANSFER TO PADUCAH
POWER SYSTEM OF THE TRANSFORMERS SERVING PADUCAH FLOODWALL

WHEREAS, the City presently owns and maintains the
transformers which serve the Paducah floodwall pumps; and
WHEREAS, the City desires Paducah Power System to
assume ownership and maintenance responsibilities of these
transformers, and Paducah Power System is willing to assume
that responsibility.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an Agreement and Transfer of Ownership by
and between the City of Paducah and Electric Plant Board of the
City of Paducah, d/b/a Paducah Power System, for transfer to
Paducah Power of the transformers serving Paducah floodwall
pumps.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
~~'''^^~ publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
