AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,000 WITHFLORENCE AND
HUTCHESON INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES
RENOVATION OF THE RIVERFRONT AREA NEAR WILSON STAGE
WHEREAS, the City has a need for planning and
engineering services necessary for renovation of the riverfront
area near Wilson Stage; g , and
WHEREAS, Florence and Hutcheson Inc. has in its
employ persons experienced in this area of expertise.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with Florence and Hutcheson
Inc. in the amount of $8,000 for professional engineering
services for renovation of the riverfront area near Wilson
Stage. Geotechnical and inspection service fees are not
included in this amount.
SECTION 2. Fees for these services shall be expended
from the following accounts:
$4,000 from Account No. 42-88-23-258;
$4,000 from the General Fund Transfer Account.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
1 publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
