ORDINANCE NO. 94-9-5194
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ACRT INC. IN THE
AMOUNT OF $19,500 FOR A STREET TREE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT PLAN
AND COMPUTER SOFTWARE SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of
ACRT Inc. in the amount of $19,500 for a street inventory
management plan and computer software system, said bid being in
substantial compliance with the bid specifications, bid
proposal, and as contained in the bid of ACRT Inc. of September
15, 1994.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a contract with ACRT Inc. for services and equipment authorized
in Section 1 above, according to the specifications, bid
proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 01-24-16-258.
SECTION 4. In order to begin this project before the
onset of inclement weather to insure project completion by the
grant deadline date of December 1, 1994, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance will become effective
immediately with one reading.
SECTION 5. This ordinance will be published by
summary pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
