ORDINANCE NO. 94-11-S,:;2
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10-51 AND 10-65, CIVIL
SERVICE, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That Section 10-51 Ordinances of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 10-51. Human Resources Department.
"(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions
in the Human Resources department of the City of Paducah and the salary of
each position that shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of consecutive
years of service, in this position, and upon recommendation of the City
Manager:

SECTION 2. That Section 10-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended so that said section shall hereafter
read as follows:
Sec. 10-65. Emergency Communications Department.
"(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions
in the Emergency Communications Department of the city of Paducah, and the
salary of each position that shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of
consecutive years of service, in this position, and upon recommendation of the
City Manager:

"`Those dispatchers designated as shift supervisors shall be paid an additional
$0.25 per hour during such times as they actually serve in such capacity."

SECTION 3. The position of Human Resources Specialist shall be
retroactive to October 31, 1994 and the position of Training Officer shall be
retroactive to October 3, 1994.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
