ORDINANCE NO. 94-11-5217
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (f) OF SECTION 2-47,
NONCIVIL SERVICE GENERALLY, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That subsection (f) of Section 2-47, Noncivil Service
Generally, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"(f) There is hereby created and authorized the following positions
in the Department of Human Resources, the monthly or hourly rate of compensation
of the following noncivil service employees of the City of Paducah shall be the
amount set opposite the designation of such employment, upon satisfactory
completion of consecutive years of service in this position, and upon
recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
shall become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
