AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,864.32
WITH CENTRAL PAVING OF PADUCAH INC. FOR NOBLE PARK TENNIS
COURT RESURFACING
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 95-5-5285, adopted May
~',~'',i~ 16, 1995, the City approved a contract in the amount of
$62,340 with Central Paving Company for resurfacing tennis
courts in Noble Park; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$4,864.32 is required for additional materials and equipment
rental to complete this project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized
and directed to enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount
of $4,864.32 with Central Paving of Paducah Inc. for
additional materials and equipment rental to complete the
Noble Park tennis court resurfacing project.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with
Central Paving of Paducah Inc. is increased to $67,204.32.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 040-8821-536-4231.
SECTION 3. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
